In the unlikely event you are not totally satisfied, for whatever reason, with your Apollo Group TV product, we have a no-nonsense refund policy that will put your mind at ease.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on Apollo Group TV products purchased from ApolloGroupTVs.store under the following conditions:

Unopened Products: Apollo Group TV products that are unopened are qualified for a complete refund. Ensure the package is intact, and the product has not been utilised.

Digital Products: We do not offer refunds on digital products, including but not limited to software downloads, licenses, and access codes unless the product is defective.


2. Refund Process

To return your Apollo Group TV product for a refund, please begin this process by means of:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@apollogrouptvs.store with regard to a refund. Please mention the order number, product details, and the reason for return in your message.
  2. Return Authorization: We will consider your request, send you an RA number, and the return instructions for the product.
  3. Return Shipping: You will bear the cost of shipping back to us unless the item comes damaged, defective, or was an error on our side during shipment. In such cases, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
  4. Return Inspection: Once we receive the returned Apollo Group TV product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets all of our return criteria. Items must be returned in new, unused, and in resellable condition.
  5. Refund Processing: When your return is accepted, we will be happy to process a refund in the original payment method. Refunds generally take [X] days from the date of processing to appear in your account but can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you need to replace an Apollo Group TV product with a different item, please make a return for a refund and order your preferred item separately. We currently do not have a direct product exchange. However, we’ll replace a defective/damaged item or provide a full refund at no cost if that is the case.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not refundable except for in the case of an error on our part where we would reimburse the shipping fee for returning the item (i.e., wrong product sent, damaged merchandise). Unless otherwise stipulated above, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return shipping cost.
